MADE IN FRANCE: MORTA, THE BLACK GOLD OF LOIRE-ATLANTIQUE
During this shoot, Christophe accompanied me for the first time. We found a very beautiful piece of Morta and the relatively dry soil was conducive to the extraction. These were really the first steps of the adventure as we know it today and despite the intensity of the hard work, there reigned a rather light, carefree attitude.🙂
It was during this report that we first heard the expression: “The black gold of Brière”.
